rainy bay days

I love Boise, it's home. But leaving every now and then helps me to continue loving it!
So when the opportunity arose to head to the San Francisco area, I jumped on it.
It was our first time in the city, and now I know for certain it won't be our last.

The incessant rain couldn't stop us, humidity was actually a welcome change from our desert home.
A friend gave me the grand tour on our first day- loads of row house gawking, clam chowder, steep streets, and alley walks. So many favorite things!

I couldn't walk by this sweet scene without a photo. Also wanted to document it as fashion inspiration for years down the road ( :

Ryan and I took the caltrain into the city one day, and walked eight blissful rainy miles. Exploring new places with this guy is my favorite.

I had been missing the ocean so much. The salt and vastness of it, the birds, the brine. This was a beautiful dose.

This is Kristen, our friend and tour guide. We had the best time and best food together!

Thanks for the love, San Francisco- It's mutual. We can't wait to see you again <3
